Zelo.Supervisor is a comprehensive software system designed to support maintenance operations, enabling efficient tracking of factory assets, tools, equipment, but also as a consumption monitor.

By integrating with control systems, Zelo.Supervisor utilizes acquired data to provide automated predictive maintenance. The system monitors equipment usage, recording both operational time and the quantity of material produced.

The platform includes an extensible database of spare parts, and their interchangeable options, enabling the maintenance team to select parts based on budget criteria, longevity, durability, or any other restriction.

Zelo.Supervisor also features a graphical editor for designing facility layouts with defined supervised points. This enables access to information about asset wear and usage in a manner similar to SCADA systems that provide a process overview.

Ultimately, the system unifies insights from process data, equipment wear and usage information, and the consumption of power and consumables. Even without integration with control systems, Supervisor can be leveraged to maintain assets with manual update of item statuses.
